Connecting AANHPI Women Leaders Across Silicon Valley and Beyond
AANHPI Women Empowered (AWE) is a Silicon Valley based network of Asian American Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) women committed to advancing leadership, civic engagement, mutual support, and community impact. AWE is a project of the Los Altos Mountain View Community Foundation’s Local Impact Collective.
Our Story
Founded by a group of civic minded, community leaders, AWE creates opportunities for AANHPI women to build meaningful relationships, develop leadership skills, engage in public life, and strengthen our communities.
Through educational programs, networking opportunities, community service, and advocacy, we support AANHPI women at any stage of their leadership journey. While fostering a culture rooted in empowerment, we believe leadership is about lighting the way for others.
